The Resident Opportunities and Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) Program is a HUD grant awarded to LRDA that is designed to assist residents living in Lumbee Tribal housing make progress towards economic and housing self-sufficiency.  This program works to connect to local resources to provide services to residents that provide support and empowerment to attain their goals toward self-sufficiency.
