Program Administrator

Program Administrator needed for the Non-Profit Lumbee Community Development Financial Institution, CDFI, to assume complete direction and administration of the US Treasury funded program in its Pembroke Office. This person will be responsible for developing a loan portfolio, providing financial and business counseling, processing loan applications, loan fund capitalization from both government and private sources, and prepare reports as required. Qualifications include a BA degree in a related field and three years of administrative experience, financial counseling and/or loan officer experience. Salary based on qualifications.
